Kwame Nkrumah Ugoji - Director(Managing)

Kwame brings more than 15years of business and technology experience including strategy formulation and implementation across several industry segments specifically, energy, financial services and information technology.His enduring passion is working with clients to meet the challenge of sustaining superior levels of value creation through product and process innovation.

Kwame holds two degrees in Psychology(Bsc.) and law (LLB) from the University of Lagos and also a B.L.degree from the Nigerian Law School in 2002. His is a well versed and tested commercial solicitor with a broad experience in high volume commercial transaction with high volume and high net-worth clients.

His personal skills and industry-wide exposure cuts across various segments and sectors of the Nigerian and international business climates involving the provision of services such as estate managment.real estate development,business advisory and consulting,facilities management,procurement and supply and all these have brought to bear on the success of the firm.

He is a director on the board of a number of companies such as Aquitane Oil and Gas Ltd., Aquitane properties Ltd.,and Home Truth Ltd. He is the company secretary / legal adviser of numerous companies such as Triana Ltd.,Triaqui Ltd., Aquitane Oil and Gas Ltd., Silverfleece Investments Ltd., Erhiatake Property Development Co.Ltd. He is also the Managing Partner,Logistix Solicitors, a fast growing commercial law firm in lagos,Nigeria and a major backbone of the firm.

Ikechukwu Okolo - Director

Ikechukwu Okolo a founding member and CEO of one of the fastest growing Oil and gas companies in Nigeria today, Aquitane Oil and Gas, possesses an eclectic mix of competencies that traverse the entire spectrum of business development,energy and financial services. His corporate experience consists of 7 years with Guaranty Trust Bank PLC, Where he Worked in Various Capacities across Various disipline areas.

Whilst at the bank, he spent 5 years in warri,Delta State, Where he was engaged in the bank's energy department dealing directly with products marketing initiatives from the Warri Refinery.

During this period, he further boosted his proficiency in the petroleum tradng segment of the market as he handled company [PPMC] and also, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation [NNPC] an experience, which properly schooled him on the inner workings of the system.

As a result of his high ethical standards,innate entrepreneurial spirit and insatiable appetite for success,he was able to proffer unique solutions to satisfy the funding requirements of a number of high profile customers who today number amongst Aquitane's major clients.

During his time in Warri, he endeared himself to the management of the Warri Refinery and developed very cordial business relationships with the hierarchy of the NNPC and the PPMC, relationships,which to this day provide invaluable direction and support in many of Aquitane's downstream operations.

Mr.Okolo is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos. He regularly attends energy industry courses,seminars and conferences all over the world in a bid to sharpen his knowledge of the industry and to develop new opportunities and contacts for his company's future operations.

Kunle Akeju - Director

Kunle Akeju has valuable experience in the financial services and Oil and gas industries. He started his career at Guaranty Trust Bank Nigeria PLC in the International funds Transfer unit where he received a letter of recommendation from the bank for exceptional service. Later, he was transfered to the Corporate Institutional banking group where he handled accounts for different major indigenous and multinational companies and received a second letter of commendation (award) for exceptional service in the bevarages team. Subsequently, he won a third award for exceptional profitability performance at GTBank.

Mr.Akeju together with some focused colleagues left GTBank to set up Crane Oil and Gas and Crane Logistics, a haulage and logistics outfit from which he garnered skills and experience in managing projects and assignments especially in regard th logistics. Furthermore, as a result of his passion and vision for the growth of the Nigerian economy, he moved on to establish and head Gapbridge Investment Services Ltd until the emergence of Gapbridge microfinance Bank for which he is the managing director.

Mr.Akeju has a Bsc.in Economics from the University of Lagos and an MBA from University of Lincoln where he majored in International Business. He is an alumnus of London Business School where he obtained a certificate in Corporate Finance.

His membership with professional bodies includes: Nigerian Institute of Management(chartered),Chartered Institute of Bankers,Nigeria(CIBN) and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK.

George Abu - Consultant

George is a graduate of the University of Ibadan (LLB) and the Nigerian Law School (BL). He is also a student member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

George acquired experience in commercial litigation and practice with the law firms of CITY PARTNERS (now known as GMO LEGAL) and LOGISTIX SOLICITORS. He also acquired experience in real estate agency, management and development. Since joining Flexi Marina™, George has acquired skills, exposure and experience in high volume and big budget transactions involving project management, real estate agency and development.

George is an exceptional individual with a unique drive for delivering solutions for the benefit of the client. He is skilled in the laws and practice of property management and development, commercial contract formulation and management, project management techniques. He is driven especially by the need to actualize projects and to satisfy the client. He is currently heading the firm's Special Duties Unit.
